[AtlSMPTE] Improved Atlanta SMPTE Mailing List

The Atlanta SMPTE Mailing List is now a "real" mailing list, running on =
Mailman software. There is a web interface for subscribing, unsubscribing =
and modifying your options. All messages are archived, and available to =
list members via the web. The web address should automatically be added to =
the bottom of all messages, including this one.
The list is configured, for the moment, so list members may all send =
postings which will be received by all on the list. If this is abused, or =
list members would prefer it not operate this way, I can change it so only =
"official" messages are sent. (If that is done I could add an atlsmpte-d =
list, for open discussions, if members are interested.)
I will be adding a link to the mailing list's subscription page to  the =
section's web site shortly.
As always I invite members' comments on the web site and email list.
