The monthly Atlanta SMPTE Section meeting on November 11th is being held at
the Weather Channel. As the Weather Channel is a secure facility, all
people attending the meeting will need to obtain visitor badges upon
arrival. To help facilitate that process, the folks at the Weather Channel
would like to have as many of these badges prepared before hand as possible.
To help with that request, if you plan to attend the meeting on Monday,
November 11, please e-mail me so I can pass those names along to the Weather
Channel. You are both welcome and encouraged to attend even if you have
not notified us, this is just an attempt to speed the check-in process and
get you to the food and fun as quickly as possible.
