Streaming video, the delivery of highly compressed video and audio =
information over non- deterministic data networks like TCP/IP, has been =
evolving at an incredible pace and is likely to play a very key role in =
the future of media and television. Mr. Michel Gouin, Director of Product =
Management for Miranda Technologies will discuss the potential roles that =
streaming video can play in a TV facility. These are applications that go =
beyond the obvious streaming of video content onto the web but are used as =
productivity and monitoring tools within a traditional broadcast facility..=
