[AtlSMPTE] Regarding all those "***CHANGE OF E-MAIL ADDRESS*** " messages

I'm sorry all those change of e-mail address messages went through to
the list.
Our mailing list is supposed to be "self-serve" -- at the bottom of
each list message is a link to the web site where people can subscribe,
unsubscribe, change options, and view the list archives.
I send Mr. Lynch replies following each of these messages, asking that
he please update his subscription and offering to assist him if he could
not do it himself.  He never responded.  Today I unsubscribed him
myself, and flagged his new address as restricted.
Please accept my apologies for permitting this annoyance to continue.
We now return to our regularly scheduled (and infrequent!) list,
already in progress...
