[AtlSMPTE] VidTrans + SMPTE conference

Dear SMPTE members,
At the end of this month we will have the VidTrans + SMPTE conference in Atlanta. Some of you said you will help with sponsoring events - and you have, and we thank you. But some of you said you will check with your companies and will get back with me .... Well, we are still waiting. 
Time is running out and we need your support. Please check the following link to the sponsorship page http://www.smpte.org/conferences/vidsmsponsor.cfm See those companies that have committed and  where you can help. If you can't cover the whole amount of an item, you can support in part. We need your support with Lunches, Breakfasts, Refreshment Breaks, and others.
When sponsoring, we're going to place your company name and logo all over the place! 
  a.. On the Conference Website. Wherever a Conference Website visitor goes they'll see your company's logo! 
  b.. On signs placed throughout the conference 
  c.. On "scrollers" shown during sessions and seminars 
  d.. In the final program booklet 
We're also going to acknowledge you in other ways, too, like in SMPTE's award winning Motion Imaging Journal, and during opening remarks at sessions, or social functions you sponsor.
