We are looking for some spare time you can give from your busy
schedule to make this conference a huge success.
We invite you, students, spouses, significant others, bosses, and
co-workers to help check badges, guide lost attendee's assist the
conference speakers or help out wherever assistance is need within the
venue.  SMPTE or VSF membership is not required.
Come learn something new, learn about the future and mingle with the
folks who are writing the future.
Volunteers are need for these time slots:
Sunday:     Conference Room setup during the entire day
 JAN 30                            > Start time 8:AM
            Registration                        1:PM  to   7:PM
            Welcome Reception                   5:PM  to  10:PM
Monday:     Morning Session + registration      7:AM  to   1:PM
 JAN 31     Afternoon Session + exhibits       12:N   to   7:PM
Tuesday:    Morning Session + registration      7:AM  to   1:PM
 FEB 1       Afternoon Session + exhibits      12:N   to   6:PM
            Evening Social and Tour             4:PM  to   8:PM
Wednesday:  Morning Session + registration      7:AM  to  12:N
 FEB 2       Afternoon Session + registration  11:AM  to   5:PM
Thursday:   Conference Room tear down during entire day
 FEB 3                             > time and hours  TBD
You can choose one, two, or more sessions, all day, even several days!
Work together, split tours with each other, work alone - all are OK.
We would like one person to run the session audio board for all three
days, with training on Sunday.  It would be terrific if it were you.
The best part?  You get to hear all the sessions and papers presented,
we'll even throw in lunch during the session days!
