Radio Amateur Telecommunications Society- RATS is the organization behind the ROSE X.25 Packet Switch and other projects. I was very active with this group when I lived in New York. (If I understand correctly, most ROSE Switch operators have switched to FlexNet, see below.)
 - FlexNet Home Page
- FlexNet combines the best aspects of TheNET and ROSE while eliminating most of their deficiencies. While mainly used in Europe, FlexNet is catching on in the US.
- Northeast FlexNet
- Among the areas in the US where FlexNet is catching on is the Northeast.
- TNOS Central
- Tampa Network Operating System (TCP/IP) software and info.
- The Packet Radio Home Page
- An excellent collection of Amateur Radio links, concentrating on Packet Radio.
-
Tucson Amateur Packet Radio (TAPR) Home Page - TAPR is a major international packet radio organization.
- Digital Journal
- Web site for the International Digital Radio Association and their magazine.
- APRS™
- APRS™ was developed by Bob Bruninga, WB4APR, to track mobile GPS stations with two-way radio.
- WinAPRS™ and MacAPRS™
- Mac and Windows versions of APRS™ developed by Keith Sproul, WU2Z, and Mark Sproul, KB2ICI.
