This NTS traffic handling utility simplifies all of the functions of traffic handling,
and interfaces with most PBBS programs. STS is available for MS-DOS, and as C source code
for Unix.
The MS-DOS STS files can be downloaded by anonymous ftp from ftp://ftp.lantz.com/rats/sts/.
