A Bad Picture

KB7UV? That's my Amateur "Ham" Radio callsign.

In October of 1995 I became Assistant News Operations Manager for FOX5 Atlanta, WAGA-TV. I am responsible for  live capability (microwave Electronic News Gathering, or ENG,and Satellite News Gathering, or SNG). I'm also involved with computer systems, new technology, and other fun toys.

I've been an Amateur "Ham" Radio Operator since 1971. Here in Atlanta I've belong to the Atlanta Radio Club and the Gwinnett Amateur Radio Society. I'm not very active with Amateur Radio here in Georgia, yet, but have been elsewhere in the past, including having been Program Chairman of two ARRL Hudson Division Conventions; Assistant Director, Hudson Division, ARRL; Chairman of the Radio Amateur Telecommunications Society; etc.
