We are still having the Balfour family Reunion. In the year 2000, we go to Ashebore, N.C. on July 28, 29, and 30th. Hope to see more new family members.

Howdy-I work for KSNF in Joplin (MKT 146) and this is interesting to read. I am in the news production side, currently doing audio, however wanting to get into engineering or MC. Had a director here who was looking at Fox 5 for a job, but let it pass by. Later, Justin

Nice job on your ENG Safety Web Site. We spoke some time ago when Potomac Television's Safety Manual was mentioned in trade magazines. Good luck with your project. Plan to keep track of your web site as one of the places to be aware of changes in the industry.

Emily Webb <[email protected]> -- 07/16/98 -- 18:27:37

Nice page. I work at WPSD-TV in Paducah Kentucky as a director. Before I was a director, I had to set up those lovely live trucks. I'm just glad I don't have to do that anymore.

Brian Swann <[email protected]> -- 10/15/97 -- 08:22:53

Hi Andy, we worked together for a brief time in Providence (WPRI). I like your ENG safety pages, I can remember teaching ENG procedures, and stressing that "look up" concept. Usually fell on deaf ears, but fortunately we did not have any incidents. I'm sure there is a lot more awareness today, which is good. Keep up the good work. 73, Brian N1BS (former WA1VUT)

Willard Fischer <[email protected]> -- 10/08/97 -- 13:13:34

Great page, I'm always glad to see ham's promoting Ham radio in anyway that they can. Keep up the good work and update it often so you keep'em interested. It's a good way to train new ham's in your area with info we old hams take for granted. Here’s the URL to my home club’s page -- http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Hills/1173/index.html . Be sure to visit my page and my friend's page listed there. 73

I am a HAM enthusiast myself, and am from India. I am looking forward to my first HAM passport as issued by the Govt. here, and without that I am kind'a handicapped , but I am looking out for sites that can get me working on to the technicalities of antenna making and the RF fundamentals. Your site did give me quite a number of links and it was really great visiting this place. I have bookmerked your site to get deeper into this hobby. Keep it up Shrikant

I passed by our camera dept. at WPSD TV-6 today and saw an article with your web addy on it. Even though I am of the lowly studio camera man variety, it was informative for the times I may get to tag along for some field work. Hopefully I will have a degree in entertainment technology in about 3 years. Very nice site.

Hi Andy: I'm new to this thing so I'm not sure what a Personal URL is. Anyway, I was looking for real estate in Manhattan as I begin expediting my move from Los Angeles back to the East Coast. Naturally, I want to live in New York. Your apartment caught my eye and, although I never thought of the other four boroughs, I imagine they are worth exploring. Would you mind entertaining and enlightening a desparate Los Angelean chomping at the bit. Thanks!
