Accomplishments
- Created and maintain newsroom Intranet, providing latest versions of
newsroom documentation and consistent interface for online research at all workstations.
- Developed and implemented safety program for ENG operations which has
seen industry acceptance and has been adopted by stations throughout the country.
- Helped coordinate broadcast RF operations in during 1996 Olympic Games
as member of Atlanta Olympic Broadcast Frequency Coordination Committee.
- Developed and implemented cost-saving strategy for WCBS-TV Channel 2 News.
By switching multi-source breaking news reports to air from microwave control, bypassing
control room, response time and personnel costs are greatly reduced.
- Technical coordination of six hours live coverage of the World Trade Center
bombing, which received an Emmy nomination.
- Developed and implemented improved inter-division communications policy enabling
greater access to Channel 2 News remote feeds by CBS News and affiliates.

systems; assisting with station World Wide Web site; and representing FOX5 to schools, governmental bodies and industry committees.
