Video Measurements Within the Non-Linear Environment

In the ten or so years since the proliferation of non-linear editing systems began, this method of assembling video programs has become ubiquitous. In this transition from linear, tape based editing to the non-linear, disc-based methods, what has become of signal measurement? Doug Keltz of Tektronix will discuss the requirements, techniques and tools available for insuring video quality and consistency in the non-linear environment.
